Onsite Solutions
For organisations with their own data centres and technical expertise, Optial can be provided as a software package for client installation. Optial works with IT staff on a consultancy basis to ensure successful deployment and implementation. Once the system is installed and commissioned, Optial’s business consultants work with the key departments to develop and rollout processes and procedures to the user population.
OpRisk on Demand / Software as a Service (SaaS)
Optial has been designed from the ground up to work in a Software as a Service environment. It features high-performance and high security combined with simple and rapid deployment, freeing people from the constraints of the office or their notebooks. Access to the Software as a Service (SaaS) system can be obtained from any device with Internet connectivity while preserving high security.
The Optial SaaS service is available for both Optial’s SmartStart system as well as for more highly configured and customised solutions. We have nearly 10 years track record of successfully proving such solutions to our clients.
The Optial SmartStart application is now available as an OpRisk on Demand service. This is the same as our SaaS option and includes all of the same benefits of cost savings, ease of deployment, fully managed service, security, etc. However Optial OpRisk on Demand offers the following additional benefits:
- Fixed monthly cost (no surprises)
- Pay as you go service (minimum 6 months)
- Upgrade to 3 year term SaaS option
- Option to install Optial in house over time if required
- Ability to extract your data at the end of the service period.
