London, England – Optial, a leading international developer of operational risk software solutions, announced today that Deepika Murthy has joined the company as Customer Engagement Consultant. Reporting directly to COO Judith Graham, Deepika will have overall responsibility for managing several ongoing Optial projects in the UK and globally, focusing on client relationship management, quality assurance and operational support.
Deepika will be based at Optial’s London offices. Deepika comes to Optial with six years’ experience in the IT industry in customer engagement and product development. Deepika brings a depth of knowledge of local and international banking and financial services industry, having worked on project implementations in India, the US, the Middle East and the UK. Prior to joining Optial, she was a business analyst with RAKBANK-Dubai, where she managed several critical customer implementations within the Retail Banking business. Deepika has also worked as a technical consultant with Wipro and Tata Consultancy Services on projects involving process re-engineering and reporting solutions.
