Optial has completed another successful software enhancement to provide an American multinational corporation and technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley, California with additional regulatory content from Enhesa. The company have been using Optial’s EHS Smartstart software solution to manage their environmental, health and safety requirements across the organisation since 2012.
EHS SmartStart is Optial’s comprehensive environmental, health and safety solution and has been integrated with Enhesa’s EHS Intelligence tool providing our client with automated updates for local and international regulations along with actionable requirements. EHS SmartStart’s Compliance and Audit modules utilise the regulatory content to facilitate the production of compliance calendars, actionable tasks, and automated audit compliance checklists to ensure corporate compliance for regulatory drivers across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
The new integration further enhances Optial’s coverage of content providing partners in the EHS space. Combining Enhesa with existing partners, such as Convergence Consulting, provides clients with a variety of options to support their compliance needs.
Optial supports clients by working closely with them to understand their ongoing requirements. Optial solutions are flexible and configurable, so can be regularly updated as the platform evolves or via enhancement projects to meet the evolving needs of the both the client and the industry and regulatory frameworks in which they work.
