Georgian Bank Goes Live with Optial

Optial’s GRC platform has been selected by a Georgian bank, headquartered in Tbilisi and operating across West & Central Asia and Eastern Europe, joining Optial’s growing list of banking clients in the region.
Based on Optial’s GRC SmartStart solution with Risk Management, Compliance Management and Incident Management modules, the bank worked closely with Optial’s team of experts to extensively reconfigure the platform to meet their requirements and provide a GRC solution that reflects the way their business and its subsidiaries work.
Some of the new configuration included:
Reconfiguring Optial’s standard Risk Management module to reflect the bank’s risk control assessment processes and workflows
Additional data capture in the Incident Management module to allow the bank to record all relevant data on incidents submitted by users throughout the business using web-based forms
Multiple custom reports to reflect these configuration changes and to track trends, compliance status, and risk exposure, ensuring informed decision-making at all levels in the organisation
